Doug Foley Jr. Goes 5 Rounds at Mooresville Dragway

Doug Foley Jr. who recently received his NHRA competition license at zMAX Dragway, competed in this weekends fan appreciation event on Saturday at Mooresville Dragway.  With the air cooler than it has been in a long time, the car ran numbers we have never seen before.  With two .009 lights in qualifying he made a few adjustments prior to first round and really got on a roll, with nothing less than a .017 lights the whole day he hit the tree well.  He eventually lost in the fifth to Doug Leazer, who competes there every weekend with his family owning the track.
